Government turn a blind eye to side effects of CoviShield vaccine, accuses Awaken India Movement

Even after following up with the central government for the past two years regarding the side effects of Covishield vaccine taken during the Corona period, it has not received a response. It has been alleged by the Awaken India Movement that the government has no feelings towards the citizens who have lost their lives due to the Corona vaccine, and that the government is ignoring the side effects of Covishield.

For the past two years, the Awaken India Movement has been struggling to bring justice to those who lost their relatives due to vaccination. Along with the Covishield vaccine, the organisation has also raised questions about the safety of the HPV vaccine, which is given to girls to protect against cervical cancer.

AstraZeneca's corona vaccine can cause side effects, it has been explained by the vaccine manufacturer during a court hearing in England. Serum Institute has prepared AstraZeneca vaccine in India under the name of 'Covishield' and the issue of Covishield vaccine came to the fore after the company in England admitted it.

We were claiming that the citizens were seeing the side effects of CoviShield since vaccination started in the country. The information on death due to this vaccine is being updated on the Prime Minister's and President's portals. We have repeatedly asked the government to investigate these vaccine deaths. But even after two years, we still have not received a response. Amber Koiri of Awaken India Movement said that even after writing a complaint to ICMR, it was ignored.

More than 19,000 deaths have been reported across the country after receiving Covishield vaccine. We are fighting for justice. We have also approached the court for this. Nisha Koiri, a member of the steering committee of Awaken India Movement, said that action should be taken against those responsible for the deaths of citizens and compensation should be paid to their relatives.

Campaign against the HPV vaccine

Nisha Moiri, mentioned that the HPV vaccine actually causes cancer and side effects of this vaccine have also been reported. Along with it also affects a woman's ability to get pregnant, said Koiri, hence a campaign against HPV vaccine has been initiated.
