A 25-year-old girl approached the Dindoshi court on Saturday, claiming that BJP MP from Gorakhpur and actor Ravi Kishan is her real father.
Born out of the relationship between Ravi Kishan and Aparna Soni, Shinova Shukla filed an application with the court seeking to declare that she is his daughter. On the other hand, Shinova made the above claim about Ravi Kishan a few days ago. Subsequently, Ravi Kishan's wife Priti Shukla filed a complaint against Shinova and Aparna with the local police in Lucknow. Based on this complaint, the police registered a case in this case.
According to Shinova's application, Soni and Kishan got married in 1991. But, due to some personal reasons, they could not stay together for long. He was born on October 19, 1998. However, by then Kishan got married again. So, Kishan and Soni decided together that their daughter would call Kishan as uncle.
However, recently Shinova and Soni met Ravi Kishan to wish him good luck for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. During their visit, Kishan abused them. Also, Shinova has alleged in the application that he refused to meet them. Later they held a press conference and announced that Kishan was his biological father.
Shinova has also stated in the application that Kishan's wife filed a case against her even though nothing untoward happened in the press conference. Her application will be heard on April 25, while her mother's plea is likely to come up for hearing next week.
