Various options are being discussed to clear the stalled seat allocation in the MahaYuti. BJP's Narayan Rane has been nominated in Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg and the Shinde group has promised to give the Raigad-Ratnagiri Legislative Council seat to Industries Minister Uday Samant's brother Kiran. There is a strong possibility that the seat of Nashik will remain with the Shinde group.

The seat allocation in the Mahavikas Aghadi was announced last week. Although the heads of the three parties have claimed that 99 percent seat allocation has been completed in the MahaYuti, the remaining one percent has stalled. Thane, Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, Nashik, South Mumbai are yet to be agreed upon.

It is known that the leaders of the three parties have reached a solution to this and it is planned to announce the seat allocation on Friday or Saturday. The Industries Minister is insisting that the seat of Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg should be given to Kiran Samant. But BJP is trying for Rane's candidature and has started campaigning. As a solution to this dispute, BJP has proposed to give the seat of Ratnagiri-Raigad-Sindhudurg to Kiran Samant.

NCP leader Sunil Tatkare's son Aniket is the MLA from the place and his term will end on May 31. Elections for this constituency will be held after the completion of municipal and municipal elections. However, the position of NCP or Tatkare is not clear yet. Although Chhagan Bhujbal has claimed the seat of Nashik, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is not ready to leave the seat. Therefore, the current MP Hemant Godse is likely to get the nomination there. It is reported that the Shinde group has shown readiness to give up its claim on South Mumbai, which will get Thane and Nashik.
