Sanjay Nirupam, who has resigned from Congress, will be joining Shiv Sena Shinde Group. Nirupam will join Shiv Sena Shinde Group (Eknath Shinde Group) on May 3. After a meeting with CM Shinde, Sanjay Nirupam got an approval into Shiv Sena Shinde faction. Nirupam will return home to Shiv Sena after 20 years.
Responding after meeting the Chief Minister, Sanjay Nirupam said that there was a wide discussion on what to do next. Sanjay Nirupam has informed that he will join Shiv Sena around 3 to 4 pm.

All Shiv Sena candidates will be campaigned vigorously
Nirupam said, "I met Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at Balasaheb Bhawan on his invitation. After meeting him, there was a detailed discussion on what to do next and how to work. After entering the Shiv Sena party, all the candidates of the party will campaign vigorously."
