Bhandup- 57 years old police inspector Yashwant Tekwade passed away due to a heart failure. On 9th September, when he was performing his night duty at Bhandup, he fainted around 11pm. He was then immediately shifted to Fortis hospital. After battling for his life for 8 days, today he passed away around 8.45am. He was cremated at his Tekvade village of Pune.
