Grant road ticket counter is home for homeless. Beggars,hawkers,stray dogs have found abode, due to which there is lot of filth in the ticket-counter area. Passengers have asked to clear the dirt and the vagrants as it is a problem to form a ticket-queue, since they wake up late. Western Railway administration has not paid attention to the commuters' rising concern.
