At Byculla, S- bridge which is constructed along the road, waste stagnation is placed on a large scale in the area which create a stinky environment. In this area, BMC has managed with Garbage bin to throw the litters but the garbage waste is not been collected from time to time which cause garbage to spread all across the road. Municipal and Local corporators seems ignoring with such problems.
