Mumbai - Finance minister Arun Jaitley gave a reason to celebrate for the taxpayers by reducing the tax from 10 % to 5% for the individuals who earn between 2.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs. Also, there will be 10 % surcharge on individual income above Rs 50 lakh and up to Rs 1 cr.
