Mumbai - BMC has ensured that this year every employees' Diwali becomes special. BMC has announced ex-gratia for different categories employees' cashing out Rs 154.69 crore from the allocated funds of the corporation. Marking mayor Snehal Ambekar's order BMC agreed to pay ex-gratia to the employees.
Allocation of Ex-gratia -
Rs 2,200 ex-gratia for aided private schools' primary teachers
Rs 5,500 ex-gratia for BEST employees
Rs 14,000 ex-gratia for BMC employees
Rs 4,400 ex-gratia for municipal teachers
Rs 4,100 ex-gratia for women social volunteers
Rs 7,000 ex-gratia for primary schools educational officers
