Azad Maidan - Public Works Department, Mumbai Mandal Contractors went on strike protesting against the pending bills of Rs 400 crore. Around 300 - 400 contractors went on the strike on Tuesday in Azad Maidan. Contractors have warned the state government in pretext of pending bill, that if their dues are not cleared within eight days, they shall start demolishing what they have constructed.
