Govandi – A special programme was organised at Shivaji Nagar municipal school no. 2 here to mark the World Disabled Day. Avinash Devchatkar, assistant commissioner in the social justice department of Maharashtra government, was present as the chief guest for this programme. The disabled students were distributed free bus passes on this occasion.
