Mumbai - The Dr Bhau Daji Lad Museum's plans for expansion appear to have hit a roadblock. The museum had asked for additional space from the adjoining grounds of the Byculla zoo, but the BMC turned down the request. At a civic meeting yesterday, it was also decided that the museum would need BMC permission for all events organised at the museum. The BMC has also decided to keep a check on the museum's financial affairs by proposing an audit for the museum.
