Colaba - To reduce the problem of traffic, tunnel which was built at Colaba hill, yet not commenced. Few years ago, BMC had approved the proposal for the tunnel but it seems like project’s files been stored aside. Over Rs 310 crore provision was executed for this project. Regarding this, when contacted with Municipal chief engineer Sheetalprasad Kori, she refused to lend any information about this project.
