Residents Santaji Baliram Naik, House No-873, Sector-36, Karave Gaon, Navi Mumbai and Adesh Waghmare, House No-404, Sector-20, Belapur Village, Navi Mumbai under A Division Belapur Office, are carrying out unauthorised construction without any permission from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
The said unauthorised construction was issued a notice under Section 54 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966 through A Division Belapur office. Unauthorised constructions done by the concerned should be removed by themselves but they continued the unauthorised construction.

Also, unauthorised construction at Adesh Waghmare, House No-404, Sector-20, Belapur Village, Navi Mumbai was evicted in a joint campaign by CIDCO and NMMC.
Officers/employees from Belapur, 10 labourers, 01 gas cutters, 03 electric hammers, 01 pickups and police from encroachment department were deployed under A division office for this strike campaign. The action will be intensified in this way from now on as well.
