The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) will be undertaking the repair of the main water channel due to which on the evening of March 15 there will be no water supply. The Navi Mumbai's civic body has appealed the citizens to use water sparingly. 

NMMC's Bhokarpada Water Purification Centre,  maintenance repair and other works on Morbe Dam to Digha main channel will be carried out.  Hence, on Wednesday March 15 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, the water supply at Bhokarpada Water Treatment Center will be closed for 12 hours. Therefore, on Wednesday evening, water supply will be closed in Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation area and Kamothe, Kharghar node and water supply will be at low pressure on Thursday March 16.

Accordingly, citizens of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation area and Kamothe, Kharghar node are hereby publicly appealed to cooperate with Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation by conserving and using water sparingly during this period.
