CM Fadnavis and Siddhivinayak Temple Trust to provide financial help to Pulwama attacks martyrs' families

On February 14, over 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans were martyred in a terrorist attack at Kashmir's Pulwama. In response to the same, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Siddhivinayak Temple Trust have decided to extend a helping hand towards the martyrs' families.

CM Fadnavis will be donating ₹50 lakh whereas Sidhhivinayak Temple Trust has decided to provide the martyrs' families with the financial help of ₹51 lakh.

Alongside, Pune's Mary Technical Institute has decided to provide the martyrs' families with the financial help of ₹25 lakh.

On Thursday, Adil Ahmad, the Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist behind the attack on security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, was a local resident and lived just 10 km away from where he rammed his car full of explosives into a security convoy, killing over 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.
