The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) released a list of hazardous buildings in G/North division including Dadar and Mahim. These buildings are kept in the ‘C-1’ category which means that they are vulnerable. The buildings marked consists of seven private and three BMC buildings.
BMC has issued a notice to those living in these buildings to vacate as soon as possible and if the people don’t vacate the houses soon, the electricity and water supply will be discontinued.

In the list, the private buildings listed are:
- Amrit Mahotsav Vastu Building, NC Kelkar Road, Dadar (West)
- Giri Kuna Building, LJ Road, Mahim
- 30, Rail View Building, Senapati Bapat Road, Mahim
- Burhani floor, Bauri lane, Wanjawadi, Mahim
- Khandke Building, No.7-8, RK Vaidya Marg, Dadar (West)
- Mangesh Bhuvan C.S. Sali, DL Vaidya Road, Dadar (West)
- Calcutta Confectionary and Sheetla Devi Industrial Estate, Sheetla Devi Temple
