Lower Parel - Open gutters have become a trouble for the vehicles running on Tulsi pipe marg road in Lower Parel. A truck got stuck in the gutter on Sunday. Commuters and traffic police faced a very tough time to remove the tyre out of the gutter. As per the commuters four months back, this road was repaired.
The gutters damaged after three months of repair, action must be taken to repair the broken lids of gutters to avoid major accidents.
