Oshiwara – A 12-year-old minor was raped in Jogeshwari. The incident took place on 20 March at 11 pm. Youth raped the girl on the terrace in lieu of giving money.
He even showed the objectionable video to her and when she tried to escape, he raped the girl forcefully. Police have lodged rape case against the rapist under IPC sections, 376 (2)(1), 377, 506, Part 2 and 6, 12 and 14 and POSCO. The rape accused is absconding.
