Chunabhatti – Dattaram Niwas, Chunabhatti building’s third-floor balcony collapsed suddenly at 2:00PM. BMC declared the building dilapidated, but people were still living. Firefighters were alarmed immediately; residents on the third- floor were rescued, there were no casualties reported.
