Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested Sanjay Patil, Development Officer (Mhada). Sanjay Patil was accepting bribe worth Rs 50,000. A lady won the house in the Mhada lottery, so for documentation development officer demanded money.
Sanjay Patil advised lady to attach appellate authority letter along with documents. The lady refused to do so and complained to ACB. ACB laid the trap on Wednesday and nabbed Patil red-handed. The officer will be produced in the court on Thursday.
