A serious incident has taken place where a security guard of a school in Kandivali East sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl on the pretext of giving her chocolates.
This incident came to light after the examination of the girl in the hospital. In this regard, a case has been registered against the 55-year-old security guard under the Protection of Children from Rape and Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) and the accused has been arrested. The daughter of the four-year-old girl's mother filed a complaint in this matter.

Medical examination of the girl revealed that she had been sexually assaulted. Accordingly, information was given to the police in this matter. The police immediately registered a case. When the girl was asked about this, the accused security guard took her to the school toilet on the pretext of giving her chocolate and abused her. The accused has been arrested in this case and the police are conducting further investigation.
