Khardev Nagar- Govandi police has arrested a man for writing offensive remarks about a woman in the public toilet at Khardev Nagar. Khardev Nagar's resident and victim had written letters to the police but when it became constant she filed a police complaint. Govandi police has registered a complaint against an unknown man.
