Kalina - Mumbai University students will have to look out for another place to satiate their hunger, university canteen will be shut down very soon. This decision will surely affect the students who come from far places and are dependent on the canteen food. The Kalina campus covers a wide area and students tend to walk a lot going from one department to other. This decision is surely a bolt from the blue for the students and staff too. Canteen's Manager Pratibha Singh Welevar said," We are paying the rent on time, but then too administration has asked to shut the canteen."
