Jogeshwari's Ismail Yusuf College gets a makeover

Jogeshwari's Ismail Yusuf College has got a new jogging track, an auditorium which will be inaugurated on November 30, 2017. The renovation was done in the month of May when the state housing minister Ravindra Waikar allotted funds for the same.

To carry out various development projects, the college received funds of INR 10 crore. Out of which, INR 3 crore was spent on building a new jogging track, auditorium, and canteen. 

Currently, renovation of student's hostel, science building, toilets and other works are underway.

Next year, in order to stop the encroachments in the campus, a security wall, security guard's cabin, construction of Commerce's departments new building, girl's hostel, auditorium with capacity of 1,000 seats, library, consumer store for students, special rooms for Yashwantrao Chavan Open University's workers, confirmed Dr Swati Vavhal, Principal.
