Mumbai - Increasing Infant mortality rate is an issue of grave concern for Mumbai .According to Bmc statistics, between 2005to 2010 29,609 infants have lost their lives .Premature delivery, lack of medical facilities in government hospitals and deprivation of mother's milk are some causes due to which on an average daily 13 infants are losing their lives
