MHADA declares Nine cessed buildings unfit for occupation

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has identified nine cessed buildings as dilapidated and unfit. The authority is looking forward to shifting the tenants staying in these buildings. Almost 500 people are currently living in the commercial and residential buildings on the premises. Residents of the cessed buildings are required to pay tax to Mhada for maintenance. MHADA officials have asked residents to vacate the buildings on the immediate basis.

B-1 Building No. 208-220, Kazi Syed Street

B-1 Building No. 55-57, Nagdevi Cross Lane

C-1 Building No. 44-46, Kazi Street, 90-94-102 - Masjid Street

C-1 Building No. 101-111, Bara Imam Road

C-2 Building No. 174-190, 125-133, K.A.Sharma Marg, Gopal Niwas

C-3 Building No. 30-32, Sutar Galli

D-3 Building No. 39, Chowpaty Sea Face

E-2, Building No. 46-50, Lucky Mansion, Clare Road
