Mumbai - A recent survey indicates that Mumbai has just one parking slot per 150 vehicles. The BMC has now devised a plan to tackle the increasing traffic congestion and the growing vehicle population.. BMC Commissioner Ajoy Mehta has proposed a plan wherein underground parking will be constructed for vehicles. There are around 14 lakh two-wheelers and 8 lakh four wheeler vehicles in the city.
