Mumbai - MHADA has set the deadline to pay the dues by 24 November. MHADA has collected a whopping amount worth 3 crore 21 lakhs in the span of five days from 12 to 16 November. As per the government directives, MHADA and BMC were to accept old 500 and 1,000 rupees note. This has helped in huge recovery of various taxes. To pay the dues with old notes, consumers have to carry a signed copy of identity proof.
