Mumbai - Heavyweight NCP Leader in Konkan region, Bhaskar Jadhav is miffed with party as per the sources. Maharashtra Party President Sunil Tatkare cleared the air while addressing the press council, saying Jadhav will lead the party in Municipal and district level elections. NCP is in talks with Congress over 4-1 formulae regarding Swaraj Sanstha elections.
