Chembur - BJP Corporator Mahadev Shivgan distributed dustbins to the residents in his ward in Chembur.
Many residents later complained that Shivgan was nowhere to be seen for the past five years and now he is all about cleanliness and development of the constituency. Time will tell whether these dustbins will help him in restoring his image or he will be dumped.
