Mumbai - The High Court has issued a notice to Minister of state for home, Ranjit Patil, in disproportionate assets case. One Vikrant Kate had filed a complaint in the ACB Akola alleging that the minister has collected disproportionate assets in the name of his daughter. After an enquiry into the allegations, the ACB had given a clean chit to the minister. Kate had challenged this ACB clean chit to Patil in the High Court. Following this, the High Court has issued notice to Ranjit Patil and ACB and asked the concerned to file their reply.
