Tesla, the world's leading auto company in the field of electric vehicles, has finally made its debut in India. To start its business in India, Tesla has chosen Bangalore to set its show. Bangalore is known as the IT hub of India.

However, the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MSN) leader Sandeep Deshpande criticised the state tourism minister Aaditya Thackeray over its inability to draw the opportunity of starting the business with Tesla here.

This comes after Tesla was invited to Maharashtra by State Tourism Minister Aaditya Thackeray through a tweet in October.

Last year, Thackeray had stated that he had invited Tesla to visit Maharashtra in a video conference. He also said that the invitation was not only for investment but also for future electric mobility.

Replying to his tweet, Sandeep Deshpande said, “Tesla company fled to Karnataka. It is a shock to ‘Page 3 Ministers’. Only words no action.”
