Mumbai- BEST gives Diwali gift to physically challenged commuters. From 20th October, disabled and blind will be able to travel free in the BEST buses.
The plan is-
Blind and 40% orthopedically challenged or more than that can travel free
Except for AC they will get free commuting in all other buses
They will have to display BEST smart card or ID card
These cards will be available at the nearby BEST depot
