Mandala- Gutters are in a bad condition at Mankhurd’s Mandala as they have been overflowing. However, when residents made a complaint to the civic officials, repair work began two months back. But, there are many gutters which are still lying unattended. And this has become a headache for the residents said Babu Sheikh, a shop owner.
