A 10-year-old boy committed suicide on Saturday night at a religious educational institute in Malvani, Malad West. Malvani police said that the reason is not clear. There is no possibility of any accident in this case and the Malvani police have registered an accidental death.
The family of the deceased child lives in the Malvani area. The boy lived in a madrasah for religious education. Also, he used to visit his family during holidays. The police did not get any more information from the family members.

On Saturday morning, the boy's parents dropped him off at the Madrasah as usual. At night when other children went out to play, the boy hanged himself. He was later declared dead by the doctors. No note was found before the suicide. Police are investigating whether he committed suicide due to having to stay away from his family.
