MHB Colony - Borivali west MHB colony police have arrested two thieves who were allegedly involved in auto rickshaw thefts. 31-year old-year babu alias Devendra Shinde was on police radar for some time for stealing autorickshaws and selling them after changing number and chassis. He was caught in Dombiwali. During the investigation, Shinde revealed the name of his accomplice Vijay Pawar. Police have seized 8 auto rickshaws from them.
