Good News! MSRTC To Deploy 4,300 Additional Buses For Ganpati Festival

The most beloved Ganesh festival will commence from September 7, 2024 and to help devotees to visit pilgrimage sites or the native places, the MSRTC has decided to launch 4300 extra buses between September 2 and September 17 this year. 


Along with individual reservation, in group reservation, Amrit senior citizens are given 100% discount, senior citizens and women 50% discount on ticket price. From September 2, these extra buses will be released from major bus stations including Mumbai, Thane, Palghar. Last year 3500 buses were released. Due to an increase in demand this year, 800 buses have been increased.

This year around 4300 extra cars will run on the roads of Konkan. The said buses have been made available for reservation on the official website npublic.msrtcors.com, the reservation of the said buses will be available at the bus stand or through the Corporation's MSRTC Bus Reservation app.
