Elphinstone- Baalsathi Mandal on Delisle road famous for it's Ganpati's idol which stands 6.5ft tall for past many years. The mandal was set up in 1964. Competition for kids have been initiated at the pandal. Senior citizens are also honoured in the pandal. Health check-up is also conducted at regular intervals in the pandal. Mandal has also distributed clothes in one of the Borivali's hermitage.
