Therefore, keeping in mind the condition of the patients' relatives, the facility of mobile app will be made available from March 2025 to make 108 ambulances easily available. Also, exact information about where the ambulance has reached and how long it will take to reach will be displayed on the mobile like Ola and Uber apps. Also, since the mobile phone number will be available, the ambulance driver or the doctor can be contacted directly.
In times of medical emergencies, patients are not in the mood to divulge the addresses of their relatives. So, after making a phone call for an ambulance or calling an ambulance through a mobile app, the location of the concerned person will be available to the emergency response centre in just 15 seconds due to the location based service.
