Chembur - 130 boys eat food in the mess of Samaj Kalyan Sant Eknath boys hostel in Chembur. A student spotted a dead lizard in the curry on Sunday. 
Few days before one of the student found broken pieces of glass in his food. The incident created upheaval in the hostel amidst boys.
Sunil Tapte, Hostel Mess' Committee's chairman has demanded a new food contractor for the boys. The administration has not taken the matter seriously it seems as warden N L Sukarikar has not stated any sentence in regard to the incident.
On the issue of the Poisonous food, Additional Commissioner, Social Welfare Department Devsatavar said that decision will be taken soon, after talking to the superiors.
