Nagpada - Posing as RTI activists Ishad Ansari aka Bobda & Akil Sheikh extrorted huge amount from the builder. Dictating false development norms & fake letters entailing permissions, construction they extorted whopping amount from the builder of the under-construction building in Nagpada. Nagpada police arrested the charltans, one of the lady accomplice is fleeing. Police is probing further and searching for the third partner.
