A case has been registered against the accused who secretly took pictures of a 12-year-old minor girl while she was walking in the house and posted them on social media. The accused has not been arrested yet.
The name of the accused is Sanjay Khade. Accused Khade and the plaintiff herein know each other. Khade surreptitiously photographed a 12-year-old girl living in the Rabale MIDC police station area while she was at home and doing private work. Without stopping at this, he kept this photo as a status on his mobile phone.
The girl's family came to know about this. So the girl's father directly reached the Rabale MIDC police station and filed a complaint against Khade. When this complaint was investigated immediately, it was found that Khade had photos of the victim girl on his status. Therefore, the police have registered a case against Khade under the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Information Technology Act.
