The police will soon send notices to Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and 'Alt Balaji' in connection with the case registered at the MHB police station in Borivali regarding the obscene scenes on 'Alt Balaji'. The complainant alleged that a minor girl was used for obscene filming.
The MHB police had registered a case against 'Alt Balaji Telefilm', Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor on Friday. In that way the accused will be sent a notice and asked to attend the inquiry. The official said that first the detailed answer of the complainant will be recorded in this matter.
According to the information provided by the officer, a complaint has been made regarding the web series 'Class of 2017' and 'Class of 2020' on 'Alt Balaji'. It is alleged that a minor girl was used during the obscene filming. Also because the girl is given lewd dialogues, actors are shown doing lewd acts in school uniforms can affect boys.
After the complaint in this matter, the MHB Police has issued Sections 13 and 15 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 67 (A) of the Information Technology Prevention Act, Sections 292, 293 of the Women Prohibition Act 1986 and Section 295 (A) of the IPC as well as the Prevention of Cigarette and Tobacco Products Advertisement Act 2003. An internal case has been registered. According to the complaint, between February 2021 and April 2021, the minor girl was used during the indecent filming. This time she was also given obscene dialogues.
Also cigarettes were used despite the ban. No legal warning (disclaimer) has been given in this regard. It has also been alleged in the complaint that the video has been broadcasted as insulting to eminent persons. In this matter, the complainant had lodged a complaint with the MHB police. A complaint was also filed in the Borivali court. After the court order, the MHB police registered a case on Friday.
