Zee TV has always experimented with different subjects of society and has strived to bring about a change in the culture. Aap Ke Aa Jaane Se is an unconventional romantic drama which says, people doesn’t need a license to fall in Love. The show is about the unique journey of Vedika (Suhasi Dhami) and Sahil (Karan Jotwani), two strikingly different individuals, hailing from different backgrounds, who fall in love irrespective of their substantial age difference.
Sharing more about the intriguing love story Suhasi says, “There are only a couple of different stories that are being portrayed on Indian television. We are coming up with a new and unseen topic for the viewers without hurting their sentiments. I think at present audience is ready to accept an exceptional script.”
Elaborating Suhasi’s statement Karan who will be essaying the role of Sahil shares, “To add a different flavour to life as it cannot be monotonous. Breaking stereotypes taking out gender inequality is the purpose of the show. If a man can fall in love with a young girl then why can’t a young boy fall in love with an older woman love shouldn’t see a bar or any particular format of age, number, caste or creed? We hope that people watch our show on the progressive line.”
Suhasi Dhami who was part of Zee Tv’s shows like Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli and Aaj Ki Housewife Hai says that she was enjoying her Motherhood phase during the sabbatical period to make a fresh comeback. Sharing more about the comeback project the actress mentioned, “No, I had nothing particular in my mind for making a comeback, as it was not the situation that I was going get many offers in a row. But then I had thought that whatever would come in my way I will choose the best.”
All the best Suhasi and Karan for the show and as the show’s tagline says, ‘Behisaab Mohabbat Kya Samjhegi Umr Ka Hisaab?’-will the audiences accept Vedika and Sahil’s love story.
