After the arrival of monsoon winds in Mumbai, the intensity of rain subsided on the second day. Meanwhile, rains have been pouring in western suburbs including Mumbai since early morning on Friday and the weather department has predicted the possibility of heavy rain in the next three to four hours.


As soon as the monsoon winds arrived in Mumbai, the rains made a heavy appearance. After that, however, the rains took a break. Since Friday morning, Mumbai and its suburbs have been experiencing rain and thunderstorms. It started raining in Bandra, Dadar, Worli area from 7 am in the morning with thunder. After a four-day break, the rains that started on Friday morning have thrown the working class into a frenzy. Meanwhile, in the next three to four hours, the intensity of rain is likely to increase in Mumbai and its suburbs.

Monsoon winds have hit Konkan, Marathwada and some other parts of Vidarbha. On Thursday, the movement of monsoon winds was similar. Seasonal winds have slowed down in the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, the expectation of monsoon winds continues in East Vidarbha.
