Navi Mumbai International Airport and NAINA city projects being developed by CIDCO have the potential to turn Maharashtra into a powerhouse of the country”, admired Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Chief Minister was speaking in an event held at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai where the launch of Mass Housing Scheme of 26,502 tenements, infrastructure development works under NAINA TPS 8 to 12, Thane Urban Cluster (new 3833 tenements) and Western Peripheral Road (Navi Mumbai International Airport); inauguration of 18 holes International Kharghar Valley Golf Course and Viewer Gallery at Centre of Excellence and dedication of Irshalwadi Rehabilitation Project were done by his hands.

While speaking on the occasion Chief Minister congratulated CIDCO and other concerned people for the successful landing and flypast of the aircrafts. He also opined that CIDCO’s NMIA and NAINA city projects have the potential to boost the economic development of MMR and turn Maharashtra into a powerhouse of the country. Chief Minister also said that CIDCO has preserved the value of humanity by constructing the houses for the landslide-affected people of Irshalwadi in no time.

The landslide-affected families were distributed the keys of houses representatively by the hands of the Chief Minister. He also gave the appointment letters to landslide-affected persons who have been appointed in CIDCO on contract basis. He also launched CIDCO Coffee Table Book, providing details about CIDCO’s projects, on the occasion.
