After the rebellion of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, it is seen that the leakage from the Thackeray group is continuing. Following Deputy Leader Shishir Shinde, Legislative Council MLA Manisha Kayande also said 'Jai Maharashtra' to the Thackeray Group. After that, the Thackeray group suffered another big blow.


It has come to light that Deputy Speaker of Legislative Council Dr. Neelam Gorhe will join the Shiv Sena of the Shinde group. Along with Neelam Gorhe, two big office bearers and activists will also join the Shiv Sena.

Graduated BAMS from Podar Ayurvedic College. In 1992 she also completed a Diploma in Training from Asian Institute of Public Development, Bangkok. Neelam Gorhe started social work in 1987. She entered politics while doing social work. Neelam Gorhe joined the Shiv Sena after working in a social movement for some time.


Neelam Gorhe is currently the Deputy Speaker of Legislative Council. She has worked as a representative of Shiv Sena in the Legislative Council. She also holds the post of spokesperson and deputy leader of Shiv Sena. As a staunch Shiv Sainik, she has worked in West Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Khandesh, Konkan etc. She also served as Shiv Sena Pune District Liaison Chief. She was also active as Shiv Sena's star campaigner in the elections.
