A major accident took place in Kurla's LBS Road where a BEST bus rammed into vehicles and people, killing three and injuring 20.
A municipal official told PTI that the accident near the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) L Ward in Kurla took place due to a alleged brake failure.
As per the official, the driver of the BEST bus on route number 332 lost control ober the vehicle and dashed into pedestrians as well as some vehicles.
The bus was heading towards Andheri from Kurla railway station to Andheri when the accident took place.
