Lower Parel- There's good news for physically challenged people in the city. The BEST will henceforth allow persons with certified disability more than 40 per cent to travel free on BEST buses. Mumbai mayor Snehal Ambekar has been following up on this initiative to ensure it materialises. “We are very happy with the decision and glad that the mayor thought about us,” Jagdish Jadhav, a physically challenged resident told Mumbai Live.
